NOTICE TO BIDDERS: Sealed proposals will be received, publicly opened, and read at the Ulster County Purchasing Department, 100 Development Court, Kingston, NY 12401 on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at 2:00 PM for UCLEC REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF CONDENSING UNITS REBID, #RFB-UC21-065.

The Ulster County Department of Public Works will be doing the replacement work. In order to accomplish this work, it will be necessary to close a portion of Plank Road in the Town of Shandaken to all thru traffic effective November gth,2021 until November 12th, 2021. The closed sections of roadway will be approximately 0.2 miles east of the intersection with Bridge Street. 

Traffic may use Plank Rd southeast to State Route 212 southwest for 0.5 miles to State Route 28 northwest for 3.3 miles to Bridge Street north for 0.4 miles to Plank Road.
